Since the summer of 2016, Teen Health Connection has offered a unique leadership opportunity for teens and the adults who work with them, through our annual leadership summit. The Empower: Teen Leadership Summit is led by trained teens and supportive adults who believe in empowering every adolescent to be healthy, safe, and successful.
9th through 12th-grade students who attend will:
- Hear from motivational speakers
- Learn how to make a difference in your community
- Attend empowering workshops
- Practice leadership and prevention skills
- Connect with other teens
- Have fun!
Through the generous support of our funders, we have limited scholarships available for teens to attend Summit free-of-charge. Please contact Bain Brown (Bain.Brown@TeenHealthConnection.org) for information about qualifying for free registration.
