Supporting Your Teen’s Behavioral Health

Supporting Your Teen’s Behavioral Health: Registration

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) defines Behavioral Health as the promotion of mental health, resilience, and wellbeing. As parents, there are few things we would wish for our teens, as important as this. In this training our Parent Educator partners with a Teen Health Connection psychologist to explore the many aspects of life that affect a teen’s wellbeing, discuss the role parenting styles play in influencing a teen’s behavioral health, explore strategies to promote your teen’s wellbeing, review warning signs your teen might be dealing with mental health issues, and when and where to ask for help.
