The News & Observer reported on June 11^th that Governor Roy Cooper will decide by July 1^st which plan level (A, B, or C) should be used by schools in NC this fall. Plan A: minimal social distancing Plan B: moderate social distancing Plan C: Remote learning. School districts will be able to use a more restrictive plan but not a less restrictive one.
